Returns for Refund or Exchange

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging that is not ripped or damaged, that is in an acceptable and resalable condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Customized items
  • Used or damaged products – except manufacturing defects.
  • Original packaging – not damaged or ripped
  • Items on Sale or Clearance
  • Flights, Shafts, Points – due to breakage
  • Shipping charges
  • Tariffs and Duties

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All items and packaging are inspected prior to acceptance.

 

In-Store Refunds or Exchanges

While returning item(s) in-store, we will inspect all items for damage and use, to determine if it’s eligible for refund. Alternately, you may send us an email to inquire prior to coming back to the store. Only regular priced items are eligible. Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Item(s) must be in acceptable and resalable condition.

If your return or exchange is approved, then your refund will be processed, and your return will be returned via the original method of payment or as a store credit on a giftcard.

To complete your return, we require a receipt with date for proof of purchase.

 

Return or Exchanges requiring Shipping

To return your item(s) via shipping method, you MUST email to confirm your item is eligible prior to returning.

DO NOT SHIP back before confirming by email item is eligible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance at your cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to confirm eligibility.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and the approval (or rejection). A credit will automatically be applied to your via your original payment method eg: credit card, paypal, etc.

Refunds could take up to 1-6 business days to post to your account. This is outside of our control.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company or banking institution, it may take some time (1-6 business days) before your refund is officially posted to your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and shows in your account.
